Radiant and Rustic

This bathroom renovation was inspired by rustic, Southwestern charm. The new Saltillo tile floor features radiant heat beneath for a touch of everyday luxury. We gave the sink vanity a custom paint treatment to add a bold pop of color, and even the unique waterfall faucets were thoughtfully chosen to complement the space’s distinctive vibe.

A Kitchen Reclaimed

This kitchen was rebuilt from the studs with one goal: to look and feel like it had always been there. Anchored by a double drain-board sink set into a custom-built cabinet, the space balances historic charm with lasting function. Marmoleum flooring—a modern take on a period-appropriate material—and soapstone countertops add depth and authenticity. Remarkably, the final result still echoes the early concept sketch, a testament to the clarity of the design vision and the care taken through every step of the build.

Basement to Ballet

Our client wanted to transform an unused basement into a dance and workout studio that truly inspires movement. Some of our favorite details from this project include the dark blue industrial ceiling, the dramatic LED light fixture, and the clean-lined floating shelves. One of the biggest design challenges was working around the existing water heater—but you'd never guess it's hidden behind one of the wall mirrors, which doubles as a magnetic utility access door!

A Cozy Cottage Facelift

This exterior renovation began with thoughtful design. We created detailed drawings to help the homeowner visualize new trim elements—including an arched detail over the front windows and custom shutters—which brought clarity and confidence to the decision-making process. Once installed, the new LP shingle siding and design details gave the home a warm, cottage-style charm that feels both fresh and timeless.

A Bathroom That Honors the Past

We chose classic hex tile for the floor, timeless subway tile for the walls, and incorporated a salvaged pedestal sink that adds authentic vintage charm. One of our favorite details: refinishing an antique medicine cabinet to match the home’s original woodwork. Every element was carefully selected to feel true to the era—like it could have been there all along.

From Builder-Grade to Bold

This modern black and white primary bathroom blends fresh style with functional design. The project included 36-inch-high cabinets with ample storage, a new personal vanity in an unused nook, and a mix of existing and custom cabinetry paired with new flooring. Updated mirrors, lighting, faucets, and towel rings bring cohesion, while bold wallpaper on the sink wall creates the biggest impact. A discreet pop-up outlet built into the vanity counter adds everyday convenience, making this bathroom both practical and beautiful.
